First converted it to mono in Slver efex pro adding lots of contrast and also added frame effect. I then used the split-tone filter in adobe raw to change the colour and brought out the shadow detail and added some texture. Finally, I selected the wooden frame and the metal hinges photoshop and used the split-tone filter again, reduced the exposure and highlights.
